The staff here were extremely friendly, the room was very clean and had a nice breeze with amazing views, and the balcony was a great addition; the restaurant by the lake was enjoyable with top-notch service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Sagar and Gaurav, were professional and made me feel so welcome. The room was upgraded for free, and I even got complimentary high tea. The lake view from my room was amazing, and I spent hours on the balcony enjoying the view and watching the birds fly by. I haven't seen any other hotel offer such a fine view at this price range. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided nice touches to ensure a pleasant welcome. The food menu was varied and the drink selection was great. The location was convenient, and even though there was no parking on-site, the hotel provided a complimentary rickshaw service to the nearby parking lot.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious and airy rooms, the fresh and flavorful food, and the prompt and efficient service. The infinity pool was definitely a highlight and the staff was always ready to cater to our needs. The early check-in at 6AM was a great help and made our stay even more comfortable. The personalized service and hospitality made us feel like part of the family. The view of the lake from the property was breathtaking and watching the sunrise and sunset was truly magical. The complimentary high tea in the afternoon and foot massage were delightful surprises. this place provided a relaxing and peaceful stay in the heart of the city.

Felt more than at home, no reason to complain.

The hotel had a nice welcome and the staff was friendly. They even let us check in early, which was a bonus. The food was delicious, especially the cookies and garlic bread. The location was great, with beautiful views and a good atmosphere.

There were some issues with the cleanliness and maintenance. The rooms were not soundproof at all, which made it difficult to sleep.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city with easy access to attractions and shopping areas.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering more variety and options.
